"My husband and I just recently finished our third home improvement with Matthew Ryan. We could not possibly be more thrilled! When we first met you back in May, we were discussing replacing windows in our home that were in dire need of replacement. You came out to our home and gave us more information that we could have asked for. We were not sure exactly when we were going to replace the windows but after speaking to you,we decided to do it as soon as possible.
The reason we decided to do it right away was our trust in you. It is very difficult to find salespeople that you feel totally comfortable with, but you definitely fit the bill. We don't feel as though you were just our salesman, you became more of a friend.
Since that time we have replaced half the windows in our home, which came about to 12, and we plan to do the other half in the future due to the outstanding performance and quality of the windows and even more outstanding service we received from the installers. We also had Matthew Ryan install our new fence which was completed in record time which is what we needed as our fence was destroyed in a storm by a downed tree. We then decided to have a new deck installed after having such good luck with Matthew Ryan. We hadn't planned on doing that until next year! I would definitely say we are satisfied customers with everyone in your company. Everyone you work with is extremely polite, knowledgeable and most importantly, professional. Every hard working person you had working on our home we felt totally comfortable with. Without a doubt, we trusted every on of them.
I don't think we ever had such a great group of people to work with. I can't say enough about Matthew Ryan. We would like to thank each and every person who did the outstanding and professional work in our home. I have no problem with you having anyone contact us for referrals and I would even open my home up to anyone who would like to see the awesome work that has been done.

"I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. My experience with Matthew Ryan has been exemplary. As a homeowner I have worked with many contractors over the years and this is the first time gotten through a project with such ease. Each time I called with a question I was treated considerately and all my questions were answered.
My original appointment to have my new Geo deck installed was July 19, 2004. This was moved up to July 15th. I was told to expect the work crew between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. I was very surprised when Tom arrived at 8:15 AM. Tom explained to me everything that they were going to do and he estimated the finish time, which was also a little sooner than I expected. The crew got right to work and to my delight they finished the job in one day! They were extremely professional and cleaned up completely. You would never know that there was a work crew there all day! I was enjoying dinner on the deck that very first night! The new deck replaces an old deck that was made of wood and in serious disrepair. It was so bad that I could not use it at all for fear that someone would get hurt.
With the new Geo deck I am able to enjoy that space once again. Over this past weekend I had my Father's 80th Birthday part. All of my friends and relatives were VERY impressed with the workmanship, especially the men. You know how it is with guys they inspect everything! My brothers went from top to bottom and were extremely impressed with how well built the deck is. My older brother actually jumped up and down a few time to test it! Everyone just seemed to gravitate toward that space and pretty much stayed there the entire day. The main question that everyone wants to know is "who did the work?" I have been giving out the name and phone number of your company non-stop. If you could send me some business cards to hand out, I would appreciate it.
